ORDERING

If you are interested in making a purchase please send me an EMAIL with the title, description, size and price.

I will check availability and get back to you to arrange payment and delivery.

PAYMENT

Bank transfer is my preferred payment method. I can also accept credit and debit cards via PayPal.

POST & PACKING

I will parcel up your order carefully so that it will reach you in perfect condition.  I send UK orders via Royal Mail or courier depending on the size / weight.

I also ship internationally so please contact me to enquire about postage costs. Any import duties and taxes due on international orders are payable by the customer.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I am happy to provide a refund if you change your mind. Please contact me first by email to notify me & then return the print in perfect condition it its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure you have proof of postage and use an insured & tracked delivery method to ensure that the item reaches me safely. Please note that I am unable to refund postage costs. Custom orders and special commissions are excluded from my refund policy. Should your item arrive damaged then please inform me immediately. I will require you to please send me photographs of both the damage to the item and packaging, as I will need to provide this as evidence in order to make a claim - Thank you.
